TC 20
TC 20 is a 58 mil hot applied, below grade coal tar tape coating designed to provide superior soil stress resistance on pipelines with service temperatures up to 120°F (49°C). Since 1941 this coating has provided protection against corrosion and electrolysis on metal substrates. TC 20 is a tough, abrasion and impact resistant coating that can to be used for small diameter directional boring.
Overview
The Tapecoat line offers a complete line of corrosion protection coating products and solutions, for use in many applications. TC20 adheres to most substrates and coatings, supports application temperatures down to 0F (-17C), requires minimal surface preparation, and resists incidental exposure to oil and gas.
